5. Shipping & Delivery
We offer shipping within the UAE and international shipping to GCC countries and beyond. Delivery times may vary.
- Free Shipping on orders above AED 100 within the UAE; orders below AED 100 will incur a charge of AED 10.

Free International Shipping on orders above AED 200; orders below AED 200 will incur a charge of AED 30 for international deliveries.
- Same or next-day delivery is available within the UAE, while international orders will typically be delivered within 3 days to GCC countries.
- Shipping charges and delivery times are subject to change, and customers will be notified accordingly.
6. Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted as per our Return & Exchange Policy. You can contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for any issues regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the products are not in their original condition or after the 7-day window.
